Intime

With X-art collective (Eric Michel, Simona Dimache, Mihaela Mago & Nicolas Hermann)
Intime What is missing is often what brings us closer Intime emerged from a shared visual search around the subtle gaps that inhabit intimacy and the invisible distances that persist even within closeness. Through experimental exchanges, images became gestures of approach: fragments attempting to reach one another, to respond, to remain. Photographs, bodies, textures, objects, and suspended moments gradually entered unstable visual dialogues shaped by time, vulnerability, and perception. The works do not illustrate intimacy. They move around it. They circle its traces. Individual perceptions overlap and dissolve into fragile emotional constellations, where meaning emerges through tension, projection, and what resists full visibility. Rather than constructing a linear narrative, the exhibition proposes a shifting territory of relations ,a space where intimacy becomes both connection and uncertainty. Bio: X-Art Collective is an experimental artistic group bringing together Romanian and French artists through multimedia practices, collaboration, and international exchange. Inspired by the spirit of Black Mountain College, the collective explores contemporary forms of experimentation, dialogue, and shared creation across disciplines. Rather than functioning as a fixed structure, X-Art develops through encounters, shared processes, and evolving artistic interconnections, allowing a common identity to emerge organically over time. The group currently includes Eric Michel, Simona Dimache, Mihaela Mago, and Nicolas Hermann, while continuing to expand through collaborations and invited artists. X-Art is also active online through its Instagram platform @x_art_collective and Facebook page X-Art @artxperiment.
